At B3 AIR, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email returns@b3air.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond with the return address and step-by-step instructions.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
