Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within three working days (Monday to Friday).
- Once dispatched, UK orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days, but delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
Shipping Within the UK
- UK orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will require a signature upon delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking details.
Shipping Address & Order Changes
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
- If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email [contact@b3air.com] immediately with your order number in the subject line to request cancellation.
- If the order has already been processed, our Returns Policy will apply.
Customs & Import Fees
- We are not responsible for any customs charges or import fees incurred upon receiving your order.
- Customers outside the UK should check with their local customs office for applicable charges before placing an order.
Important Note
- All parcels are sent with an “if undelivered” return address. This address is only for undelivered or lost parcels and must not be used to return items.
