Are these the actual designer fragrances?
No. B3 AIR fragrances are inspired by designer scents but are our own original creations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any designer brand.
When will my order be dispatched, and how much is delivery?
Order by 1pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and we dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
UK delivery is free on 3+ cans (Royal Mail Tracked 48) and on any order over £20. Otherwise it's £2.99 for Tracked 48 or £3.99 for Tracked 24. UK orders usually arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Can I return it?
Yes. Return unused, unopened cans in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Email returns@b3air.com with your order number first; return postage is paid by the customer.
